任職要求

Main Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and services to customers of process industry in China
- Identify customer needs and expectations and formulate an offering to meet those needs
- Review service requests for repairs and maintenance, determine nature of problem and recommend appropriate solutions
- Implementation of good safety practice of technical service activity
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in process automation, electrical and electronics engineering, applied physics or related fields
- Minimum 1 year working experience, around 1 year customer service or technical support experience in process automation is preferred
- Good communication skills
- Aptitude to work under pressure and independently
- Strong ability of problem solving in fields
- Customer and result oriented
- Committed, responsible and initiative working attitude
- Fluency in spoken and written English is preferred

- Flexibility in travel

崗位描述：

1.產(chǎn)品現(xiàn)場服務(wù)、培訓(xùn)、調(diào)試及故障排查；

2.對客戶提供專業(yè)的咨詢，公司產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)支持，包括技術(shù)方案、選型，案例等文檔的編寫。

職位要求：

1. 測控儀器、自動化、過程裝備與控制、化學(xué)工程、化學(xué)分析、環(huán)保環(huán)境工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)全日制本科以上學(xué)歷，英語CET4以上，計(jì)算機(jī)運(yùn)用熟練，形象氣質(zhì)佳；

2.熟練應(yīng)用CAD、熟悉分析儀表者優(yōu)先考慮；

3.動手能力強(qiáng)，能適應(yīng)經(jīng)常性出差，具有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神；

4.具備良好的應(yīng)變能力和承壓能力，良好的心態(tài)，良好的語言表達(dá)及較強(qiáng)的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)、組織能力，

5.有強(qiáng)烈的事業(yè)心、責(zé)任心和積極的工作態(tài)度。
