Trio MC302X 一款基于Trio 最新ARM處理技術(shù)的小型DIN軌道安裝的運(yùn)動(dòng)控制器。
MC302X是一款專門為OEM設(shè)計(jì)的緊湊型控制器,其性價(jià)比極高?刂破魃吓渲脙蓚(gè)軸,其中第一個(gè)軸,可以通過軟件配置為伺服軸或步進(jìn)軸。第二軸可以配置成步進(jìn)軸或參考編碼器輸入軸。
MC302X支持TRIO BASIC 多任務(wù)編程,最多可同時(shí)運(yùn)行3個(gè)進(jìn)程。每個(gè)軸都可以作線性或圓弧插補(bǔ)、電子凸輪、電子齒輪等運(yùn)動(dòng)。同時(shí)支持旋轉(zhuǎn)模式,兩個(gè)輸入還可以作為高精度的色標(biāo)輸入。在MC302x本體上有4個(gè)24v數(shù)字量輸入,和4個(gè)雙向I/O口。這些口可以作為系統(tǒng)的邏輯輸入,同時(shí)也可以根據(jù)需要用控制器設(shè)置為高速色標(biāo),限位,零點(diǎn),進(jìn)給保持等輸入口。通過CAN口可以對(duì)I/O口進(jìn)行擴(kuò)展。最多可擴(kuò)展到256個(gè)。
MC302X有一個(gè)RS232編程口和一個(gè)可選的RE232/485通訊口,可作為人機(jī)交換通道。
