儀表由測(cè)量系統(tǒng)、指示裝置、磁助電接點(diǎn)裝置、外殼、調(diào)節(jié)裝置及接線盒等組成。
當(dāng)被測(cè)壓力作用于彈簧管時(shí)，其末端產(chǎn)生相應(yīng)的彈性變形一位移，經(jīng)傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)放大后，由指示裝置在度盤上指示出來。同時(shí)指針帶動(dòng)電接點(diǎn)裝置的活動(dòng)觸點(diǎn)與設(shè)定指針上的觸頭（上限或下限）相接觸的瞬時(shí)，致使控制系統(tǒng)接通或斷開電路，以達(dá)到自動(dòng)控制和發(fā)信報(bào)警的目的。
在電接點(diǎn)裝置的電接觸信號(hào)針上，裝有可調(diào)節(jié)的永久磁鋼，可以增加接點(diǎn)吸力，加快接觸動(dòng)作，從而使觸點(diǎn)接觸可靠，消除電弧，能有效地避免儀表由于工作環(huán)境振動(dòng)或介質(zhì)壓力脈動(dòng)造成觸點(diǎn)的頻繁關(guān)斷。所以該儀表具有動(dòng)作可靠、使用壽命長(zhǎng)、觸點(diǎn)開關(guān)功率較大等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
